	PlayCore - Snug Play USA

		Lekotek co-hosts an inclusive play event with the Creative Discovery Museum and Playcore showcasing a new concept in play, Snug Play USA.

		United by mutual commitments to inclusive play, the Creative Discovery Museum and PlayCore recently partnered to host a special event showcasing a new concept in play. Local children with and without disabilities were invited to be part of an inclusive play experience while evaluators from the National Lekotek Center conducted a product evaluation of one of PlayCore's newest product lines, Snug Play USA.

Snug Play was evaluated on the benefits of the product, and how it rated in the areas of cognitive, sensory, communication, social and physical development for children with special needs.

Approximately 100 guests came out to play, according to PlayCore officials, including local professionals who specialize and work with children with disabilities.

Snug Play is a new concept that consists of a family of large-scale, modular, loose-part play elements that children can use to create playscapes. Snug Play was recently made available in the United States by PlayCore, a designer and manufacturer of play and recreation programs and products, based in Chattanooga.
